This stay turned out to be the highlight of my trip! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional—two guys who went above and beyond. The first one upgraded me to a corner room (probably thanks to my Hilton Diamond status), and the second one even helped us call a taxi. The room had two windows facing the sea, offering stunning views. Even though it’s near the road, the soundproofing is excellent—once the windows are closed, you won’t hear any traffic at all. The only downside? It’s a bit of a walk from the metro station—about 10 minutes—but that’s totally manageable if you’re okay with walking or prefer taking a taxi. Perfect for travelers who value comfort, great service, and a peaceful seaside view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, upscale experience in Naples.

The only downside is the entry process, which feels overly complicated: one gate, two barriers, and three intercoms to ring before getting in or out. That said, considering Naples’ actual safety level—which is actually better than Milan’s—it seems like the security setup is more about procedure than necessity. It’s also a bit tiring for staff to keep pressing buttons repeatedly just to let vehicles in and out. Still, none of this takes away from the excellent quality of the hotel. The ambiance is peaceful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is top-notch. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in Naples with great value, this place is definitely worth it.

I was extremely disappointed with this property—it didn't meet even the basic standards for a guesthouse. The room was dirty, the bathroom was absolutely unsanitary, and the kitchen area in the room was being used as a storage space, with random items piled everywhere. I'm seriously concerned about the cleanliness of the bed linens—sleeping on them made me uneasy throughout the night. The overall hygiene level was poor, and it really affected my comfort and peace of mind. While the location is convenient for getting to downtown Naples via public transit, the condition of the accommodation just isn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, or relaxing stay.

B&B Alexander
Staying at B&B Alexander in Naples was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent—just a short walk from two metro lines heading into the city center, and it’s close to Piazza Vanvitelli and Piazza Quattro Giornate, with shopping options on Corso del Vomero nearby. There’s everything you need within walking distance: a pharmacy, corner shop, supermarket, restaurants, fruit stand, and even a barber. Despite being inside a residential building, the area is incredibly quiet—perfect for a peaceful stay. The host was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He offered us parking space, stocked the fridge, left fresh coffee pods and breakfast items in our room for the next day, and gave us detailed tips on getting around town. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel right at home. The room itself was clean, functional, and well-designed. A few small improvements could be made—like dusting the bedside table more thoroughly and updating the pillows—but overall, it’s very comfortable. The shared bathroom is spacious and well-maintained, with a powerful shower and complimentary shampoo and body wash. The kitchen opens to a charming little balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee with sunlight streaming in—such a lovely touch. The price is very reasonable and fits any budget. One suggestion would be adding air conditioning, especially during summer months. We’d definitely return to Naples and choose this B&B again without hesitation.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this hotel offers excellent access to the city center via public transportation—two metro lines are just steps away. Our room was spotless and featured a wonderfully comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going out of their way to assist with any request without hesitation. Although we didn’t have mobility needs ourselves, the room had been thoughtfully adapted for guests with disabilities, including a raised toilet and shower chair. While these features are clearly designed with accessibility in mind, we did notice that using the shower might be a bit tricky for wheelchair users. That said, it’s a minor note in an otherwise outstanding stay. Overall, the experience was fantastic—great location, top-notch service, and a peaceful atmosphere. Definitely a solid choice for anyone visiting Naples.
