This stay turned out to be the highlight of my trip! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional—two guys who went above and beyond. The first one upgraded me to a corner room (probably thanks to my Hilton Diamond status), and the second one even helped us call a taxi. The room had two windows facing the sea, offering stunning views. Even though it’s near the road, the soundproofing is excellent—once the windows are closed, you won’t hear any traffic at all. The only downside? It’s a bit of a walk from the metro station—about 10 minutes—but that’s totally manageable if you’re okay with walking or prefer taking a taxi. Perfect for travelers who value comfort, great service, and a peaceful seaside view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, upscale experience in Naples.

While the room and overall overnight experience were excellent, the parking cost is definitely something that needs reevaluation. It would be great if they could offer more reasonable rates for guests arriving by car. Otherwise, it's a solid choice for travelers who don’t need to drive.
