I stayed at ECHARM PLUS Hotel (Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center) and was really impressed. While the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s exceptionally clean and well-maintained—definitely a comfortable place to rest. The staff were outstanding: Xiao Peng was friendly and courteous, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. The location is fantastic—just an 8-10 minute walk from the metro station, and walking through Xin Tian Di leads you straight into multiple large shopping malls, including Huangting Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Inside the hotel, there’s a small café offering coffee and desserts, plus a selection of daily essentials—perfect for last-minute needs. Special shoutout to Xiao Lao, who kindly upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost. It made a big difference in comfort and space. With its great value, excellent service, and unbeatable location, I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Shenzhen—highly recommend!

There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky.
