Staying in the executive suite was an absolute delight. The room was spacious with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas, offering a real sense of privacy. Everything was brand new and well-maintained—especially the bathroom with its efficient dry-wet separation and instant hot water. The executive lounge served excellent afternoon tea and evening snacks, both in quality and presentation. Despite being near the airport, we could hear planes overhead while walking outside, but inside the room, it was completely silent thanks to outstanding soundproofing. The view from the window was wide open, and natural light filled the entire space—really bright and welcoming. Attention to detail was top-notch, and the value for money truly exceeded expectations. The hidden gem was the small garden behind the hotel—lush greenery, peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect for morning walks, post-lunch strolls, or relaxing in the evening. A small note: on our first morning, we had breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff welcomed us and asked what drinks we’d like, but then didn’t follow up with service. If they were busy, perhaps skipping the question would have made the experience smoother—just get the drinks to the table quickly instead. Overall, though, this stay was exceptional.

We stayed at LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou during the New Year holiday, choosing this long-established five-star hotel for its reputation and family appeal—my parents especially loved it. This year marks the hotel’s 40th anniversary, and the rich history, elegant ambiance, and exceptional service made our visit truly memorable. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a metro station, which was great even if we didn’t use it daily. The garden area is peaceful and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the complimentary guided tour. At 2 PM, we were led by Mandy, a top-tier guide, who gave a detailed and engaging walkthrough of the facilities, including the fourth-floor museum. My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. On my birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake (which was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had!), and Zoe personally helped carry my luggage up to the room. When there was a minor air-con issue, they responded immediately—even though it turned out not to be faulty, they still proactively opened the window for fresh air. That kind of care goes beyond expectations. Breakfast options were excellent too: three different venues across the ground floor, the 30th-floor revolving restaurant, and the Yuan Tao Hall. We stayed three nights and managed to try all three. Plus, the platform voucher included afternoon tea and happy hour—such an amazing value-add. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended.

She patiently coordinated our room preferences and special notes, and her warm, attentive service made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The hotel is very family-friendly: free cribs were provided, and there’s a small but well-equipped kids’ play area on the 8th floor. Our two young children had a blast playing there, giving us a chance to relax and enjoy some quiet time. It’s not massive, but perfect for little ones to burn off energy. This was my second stay at Kempinski Residences Guangzhou, and I was thrilled to run into Justin again at the front desk—his friendly demeanor and excellent service made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and answered every question with care. The room itself is spacious and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable feel. The housekeeping staff were also exceptionally polite and professional—always smiling and respectful during their rounds. One thing to note: breakfast seating fills up quickly, and by 9 AM, there’s already a line forming. It would be great if the restaurant could extend breakfast hours during peak times. On the parking side, while the system prompts you to notify the front desk before exiting, both times I left, there was no staff present at the gate. I had to walk back to the front desk, where I was asked for my room number and name again, then waited while they verified my details. This process felt unnecessarily time-consuming, especially since many other hotels allow self-service exits via QR code or license plate recognition. A simple upgrade to the exit system would significantly improve guest experience and efficiency. Overall, a fantastic stay—just a few small improvements needed.

One of the most maternity-friendly hotels I've ever stayed at! The staff went above and beyond—helping with luggage every step of the way, which made the whole experience so much easier. We also enjoyed a fantastic complimentary photo session: the photographer was quick, talented, and captured beautiful, natural shots—plus they even provided stylish outfits for the shoot! The hotel is housed in a former Qing Dynasty general's residence, and the central garden is absolutely perfect for kids to run around and explore. I’ve heard great things about the Red Cotton Restaurant too—definitely planning to try it on my next visit. With its rich history, warm hospitality, and thoughtful touches, this place truly stands out. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was simple—limited variety but filling enough. The highlight? The freshly made beef noodle soup—rich broth, tender beef, and perfectly cooked noodles.
