Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. When there was a minor air-con issue, they responded immediately—even though it turned out not to be faulty, they still proactively opened the window for fresh air.
