Staff across the board — from front desk to kitchen and housekeeping — were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, even if we occasionally needed a translation app to communicate. But their willingness to assist made up for any language barrier. The bedding was exceptional — soft pillows, supportive mattress, and cozy blankets that made for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. Daily housekeeping included fresh towels, slippers, toiletries, and two bottles of water per person each day, plus complimentary tea and candies. Everything matched exactly what was described online. We’re genuinely thrilled with our stay — this place exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tianjin.
