What stood out the most was the excellent soundproofing; even with nearby subway activity, I barely noticed any noise. It made for a peaceful and restful experience, especially important for light sleepers like me. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the Olympic Sports Center and the cancer hospital, with plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby. Great value for money and highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet, well-located place to stay.

Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and always greeted me with a smile. The overall environment felt welcoming and well-maintained. Located near a variety of amenities, I could easily walk to restaurants, convenience stores, and local shops. Public transportation is also nearby, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, the free parking was a major plus for travelers driving in. It’s rare to find such a comfortable, well-run budget-friendly option with such excellent service and location. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tianjin—it’s a great value and a true home away from home.

Since we were checking out later than usual due to the holiday schedule, the front desk proactively reached out ahead of time to explain the situation—really thoughtful. Upon arrival, they even showed us available rooms and let us choose our own, going out of their way to avoid assigning us a corner room, which was especially appreciated as a solo female traveler. They also handed us a small welcome gift—such a nice touch! The hotel’s location is unbeatable; it’s literally steps away from Guangkai 4th Road Metro Station. Getting around town or heading to nearby food streets couldn’t be easier. With its convenient transit access, excellent staff care, and warm hospitality, this place earns every single point. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tianjin West Station area!

Zhengxie Club Hotel
I’ve stayed here a few years ago and decided to return—glad I did. The location is fantastic: just steps away from Baojia Lou, Qishilin, and even the Bird’s Nest, with the Haihe River right behind the hotel. Morning walks along the riverbank are peaceful and scenic. The Chinese restaurant on-site serves solid meals, and I was pleasantly surprised by a small dumpling shop just around the corner—breakfast and lunch were both satisfying and surprisingly good value. A couple of minor drawbacks: some facilities feel dated, especially in the corners where the carpet could use a deeper clean. Also, the front desk requires copying my ID upon check-in—a practice I find unusual and concerning from a privacy standpoint, as I’ve never encountered it elsewhere. It’s worth reviewing whether this aligns with local regulations and security standards. Despite these points, the overall experience remains excellent. Great for convenience, charm, and comfort—definitely recommend for travelers who appreciate a quiet, central stay.
