Leo from the concierge team was especially helpful and friendly—he assisted with luggage storage, local recommendations, and even helped us navigate public transit. The hotel offers both underground and surface parking, which made arriving and leaving stress-free, especially with luggage. Housekeeping, particularly Yang Jie, was warm and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast spread was impressive—great variety with delicious options, and I must mention the signature cookies they serve at check-in—they’re soft, slightly sweet, and just perfect with coffee.
