We chose this apartment hotel because it's just a 3-minute walk from the clinic, which made our stay incredibly convenient. We can confidently say it was an excellent decision! The staff are professional, friendly, and always greet you with a smile—something truly rare and worth noting. Our superior studio was spacious and well-designed, featuring a compact dishwasher, which made daily routines so much easier. The place is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. Highly recommended! One small suggestion: placing an ashtray near the main entrance would be helpful for guests who smoke, but otherwise, everything else is perfect.

We traveled with three dogs, and the staff were incredibly accommodating without any issues. The receptionist was outstanding—fluent in English, which helped immensely since my French is limited to what I learned in school decades ago. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to assist us. While there was some noise from other guests late at night (even around 3 AM), it didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, the location is convenient, the service is excellent, and the value is solid. A reliable choice if you're passing through Bordeaux and need a no-fuss, comfortable base.
