Staying at The Westin Copley Place in Boston was an absolute delight from start to finish. Even though the room isn’t huge, it comfortably fits two queen-sized beds—perfect for families with kids who can squeeze in without feeling cramped. What surprised me most was how well I slept: I’ve struggled with back pain for years, but on this soft mattress, I actually woke up pain-free after three nights. It felt like a luxury spa experience every evening. The room came with a Keurig-style coffee maker, and there’s a Starbucks right next to the second-floor front desk—ideal for that morning caffeine boost. Bar10 on the second floor serves excellent food; we enjoyed a few meals there, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The hotel connects directly to two shopping centers, which made winter visits so convenient—no need to brave the cold just to grab a bite or do some shopping. Everything was spotless, and the place even had a brand-new renovation vibe. The bathroom features both a rain shower head and handheld sprayer, and while you do stand in the tub to shower, the water pressure is strong and refreshing. Facing north, the view opens up to the Charles River and the silhouette of MIT across the way—completely unobstructed. Boston is such a beautiful city, full of character and charm. If I ever return, I’d choose this hotel again without hesitation.

Back Bay is quiet and charming, with fantastic restaurants just steps away. Breakfast at Charlie’s was absolutely delicious—worth the trip alone! The city was full of chic holiday spirit during our visit, making it even more magical. Clarendon Square offered elegant comfort, a peaceful night's sleep, thoughtful treats, and Stephen’s attentive hospitality made all the difference. It truly felt like coming home. Our upgraded high-floor room was beautifully renovated: a spacious king bed plus a sofa bed that easily converts into a queen-sized sleeping area, perfect for our family of four. Housekeeping was consistently attentive and proactive, and what really stood out was the daily complimentary water—two bottles every day, sometimes even more. That kind of thoughtful touch is rare in U.S. hotels. We’ll definitely be back next Thanksgiving!

Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, always smiling and going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. From comfort to convenience, this hotel delivers top-tier value. I’d absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back.

Staying at Moxy Boston Downtown was a great experience, especially since it’s right in the heart of downtown Boston, just steps away from Boston Common and the starting point of the Freedom Trail. The location is unbeatable for exploring the city—multiple subway lines are nearby, and Boston South Station is only a 15-minute walk. The room was compact but well-designed; I easily managed to unpack two 20-inch suitcases, and everything was spotless. I booked a 3-night stay through a platform, but upon check-in, I had to pay an additional $122 in fees and taxes. However, the front desk generously gave me three $35 credit vouchers that could be used for breakfast (my booking didn’t include breakfast), plus drinks, fruits, and snacks. No change is given if you exceed $35—you just add the extra to your room bill and settle it at checkout. They also handed out two drink vouchers, which added a nice touch. The front desk and breakfast area are on the second floor, and by evening, the space transforms into a lively bar—perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing. My room faced the street, so there was some noise from traffic and foot traffic, but being near Chinatown means there are plenty of excellent Chinese restaurants within walking distance. Overall, despite the small room and minor noise, the location, vibe, and value make this a solid choice for travelers who want a modern, social hotel experience in downtown Boston.
