The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly, professional service—always smiling, helpful, and attentive. While the amenities aren’t overly extensive, everything you need is available and in good condition. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. With its great location, cleanliness, and warm hospitality, this place offers outstanding value. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow.

The room layout is smart and spacious enough not to feel cramped—perfect for unpacking and moving around comfortably. Furniture and amenities were well-maintained and functional. Breakfast was another highlight: a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, especially the freshly prepared hot dishes which tasted great and made for a satisfying start to the day. That said, the price was on the higher side—this was during the peak season when filming for the Spider-Man movie was happening locally, so demand drove up rates. While I understand seasonal pricing, it did make the value-for-money feel less impressive. Still, if you can book during a quieter time at a more reasonable rate, this hotel would be even better. In short, top-notch cleanliness, comfortable space, and delicious breakfast make this a strong choice for business travelers or tourists who prioritize comfort and quality.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station, this Travelodge offers unbeatable convenience with countless pubs, cafés, and restaurants all within easy reach. Shopping options nearby cater to every taste and budget—perfect for a quick stroll after checking in. The only minor downside? I didn’t realize the room didn’t include a hairdryer until after my post-shower hair wash. Thankfully, it was a warm day, so my hair dried naturally without too much hassle. We even stopped by Bier Halle nearby—absolutely loved the vibe and selection of craft beers. Already planning our next stay here! Great value, excellent location, and a welcoming atmosphere—definitely recommend.

Located right across from Cobblers Bridge, it’s perfectly positioned to explore everything the old town has to offer—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and historic sites. The welcome drink upon check-in was a thoughtful touch that set a warm tone for our stay. The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive without being overbearing. Our third-floor room faced the old town, offering a charming view of the city’s character. The elevator worked smoothly, and the room was well-insulated—noise from the street didn’t carry in at all, even late into the night. The double glazing made a noticeable difference. Inside, the space was clean, well-presented, and thoughtfully designed: a comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with a strong shower, ample wardrobe space, a safe, mini-fridge, and complimentary tea, coffee, and water. Breakfast was generous and varied—great quality and a real highlight. The only minor note is that the room felt quite warm during our stay; the air conditioning didn’t seem to be activated, possibly due to the season. Still, that didn’t dampen the overall experience. This is a top-tier choice in Glasgow, and I’d highly recommend booking here without hesitation.
