However, we encountered issues upon arrival: the access code didn’t work, and after waiting 20 minutes without being able to reach support despite multiple calls, we had to rely on a phone call to resolve it. The room cleanliness was below expectations, and the photos online don’t accurately represent the actual unit we booked. Also worth noting—the bathroom linens aren’t changed daily, which is disappointing for the price point. Overall, there are definitely better options available at this rate.

I loved the friendly atmosphere and great energy. Definitely one of the best budget stays in Copenhagen, and I’d come back without hesitation.
