Unlimited water, plus complimentary snacks, coffee, and beverages throughout the day made it feel like a real treat. Location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to Constitution Square, surrounded by amazing dining options. Staff at the front desk and business service were professional, friendly, and helpful—they even assisted me with bus tickets and communicated in Spanish when needed. We've stayed at several hotels in Mexico City, including the Gran Hotel, but Casa Herrmann Suites has quickly become our go-to choice. The suite was absolutely massive—bigger than our first apartment! Despite its quirky charm, every detail felt thoughtfully designed. The staff were incredibly helpful, even using Google Translate to communicate since my Spanish is limited to ordering food at restaurants. The location is unbeatable—steps away from everything we wanted to explore. I’m not sure if I should even post this review because I fear it’ll get fully booked soon. Honestly, we’ll be back.
