It’s located just a 15-minute walk to Dam Square, nestled in a lively neighborhood packed with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants—yet it stays surprisingly quiet at night. Barbara, the host, was incredibly welcoming and speaks flawless Spanish, which made our stay even more personal and pleasant. The only minor drawbacks? The pillows weren’t to my liking—they felt too firm—and the apartment is on the second floor with very steep stairs, so guests with mobility issues might want to consider that. Still, every other aspect of the stay was outstanding. With such comfort, location, and hospitality, I’d absolutely book here again if I ever return to Amsterdam.
