When we inquired about getting to Platinum Fashion Mall, the receptionist didn’t just give us directions—they pulled up Google Maps on her phone and even drew a quick hand-drawn map for us, showing exactly how to walk there in under ten minutes. We’d mentioned we preferred not to have daily room cleaning, only needing fresh water, towels, and bath linens, and every time we called, someone responded within seconds. Room conditions were excellent: hot water worked perfectly, Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and cleanliness was top-notch. Just across the street on the left side of the hotel is a small but charming park, perfect for a morning stroll or quiet moment. And the rooftop pool? Pure bliss. It’s beautifully designed, offers great views, and made the experience even more special. The only downside was the pillows—they were filled with cheap, overly springy material, which caused neck discomfort and disrupted my sleep.
