I was disappointed to learn that foreign guests aren't allowed to stay at this property. Fortunately, the platform I booked through assisted me with a full refund promptly. While the location and overall setting are decent, it's definitely a drawback for international travelers. It would be great if the hotel could reconsider its policy to welcome guests from all over the world—this would enhance accessibility and improve the experience for many visitors.

Just keep in mind that you’ll need to order food at least 45 minutes to an hour in advance; otherwise, they might not be able to serve it. Portion sizes are on the smaller side, but given the price, it’s still great value. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the air conditioning works like a dream—really important in Kolkata’s heat. The staff are incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.
