The gym is modern and well-equipped, making it easy to stay on track with fitness goals. Everything about this place screams quality and comfort. If you're visiting Montreal, this is hands-down one of the best places to stay.

The management shared that they couldn't sustain operations any longer, though they mentioned a possible future reopening in a new format—perhaps partially residential—but no definite plans are confirmed yet. Over the years, it welcomed countless high-profile guests and was always my go-to spot for impressing visitors with its elegant charm and exceptional dining experience. It’s truly a loss for Montreal’s hospitality scene.

The spacious loft-style room came with a full kitchen, a king and a queen bed, and plenty of room to stretch out—way more space than we expected. Located just steps from Vieux-Port, Rue des Fortifications, Notre-Dame Basilica, and family-friendly spots like Grande Rue, everything was walkable. The building’s historic stone structure and cobblestone streets added character, even if some minor updates to lighting, electrical outlets, and drywall would’ve been nice. Honestly, though, those small imperfections only enhanced the unique, eclectic vibe. We loved the authenticity, comfort, and location. Thanks, The Loft Hotel—we’ll be back!
