Breakfast was abundant and varied, with delicious local and international options. The location is unbeatable: just steps away from restaurants, cafes, and shopping spots, making it super convenient for exploring the city. All in all, this hotel offers incredible value for money. With top-notch service, comfort, and convenience, I highly recommend it—definitely planning to come back!

Staying at 88th Avenue Hotel was a great experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Cebu IT-Park, with plenty of cafes, shopping malls, and restaurants within easy reach. The studio room is well-designed and thoughtfully furnished, offering a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The only minor downside was the shower water being a bit cold at times, which could be improved with better temperature control. Also, there’s a Korean grocery store right at the entrance that’s a bit pricey, but it’s convenient if you need quick essentials. Despite these small issues, the hotel delivers excellent value and convenience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the San Remo Oasis 2 Bedroom Condominium with a group of five, but upon check-in we were only given three towels and no blanket was provided right away. While the unit is clean and conveniently located near downtown Cebu—making it easy to get around by public transit—the lack of basic amenities for larger groups was noticeable. For families or groups traveling together, having enough towels and bedding essentials is essential for comfort. It’s a decent value for the price, especially with the location advantage, but the hotel could definitely improve in terms of guest service and preparedness for multi-person stays. A few small upgrades would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.
