What truly sets this place apart is its unbeatable location: you can access the shopping complex right from inside the hotel via covered walkways—perfect for grabbing a meal, picking up essentials, or even exchanging currency without stepping outside. It’s incredibly convenient and adds so much value to your stay. The only downside? The pool water wasn’t as clear or well-maintained as it could be—definitely something worth improving. Despite that small issue, the exceptional service, comfort, and location make this hotel a top choice. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was smooth and quick. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Parking is available but comes at an additional cost—something to keep in mind if you're driving. That said, the real highlight was the breakfast! It was incredibly diverse with a wide range of fresh, delicious options—from local favorites like warm tortillas and fruit platters to classic Western choices. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. If you’re looking for a reliable stay with a standout breakfast, this place definitely delivers. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort and quality meals.

As a solo traveler, I felt extremely unsafe and deeply unsettled. This behavior was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this property under any circumstances.
