The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—everything you need is within walking distance. Just steps away from the Botanical Garden, Simón Bolívar Park, D1, Ara, Oxxo, Dollar City Gym, and right on the edge of Calle Boyacá with easy access to Avenida 26. It's incredibly convenient for both exploring the city and enjoying a quiet retreat. The price is outstanding for the quality and proximity to so many amenities. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the thoughtful touches throughout the property. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

Perfect for a one or two-night stay! The location is super convenient, especially if you're connecting to the airport—just a quick metro ride away. The room itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a good layout and comfortable bed. However, there's no air conditioning or fan in the room, and we were on the 4th floor via stairs—definitely not ideal during hot weather. It got really stuffy and uncomfortable, especially at night. A bit of ventilation improvement would make a huge difference. Still, if you're just passing through and need a simple, budget-friendly place to rest, this hotel works well for a short stop.

Chapinorte Bogota
We stayed at Chapinorte Bogota on three separate occasions in December 2012 and January 2013, and it quickly became like a second home to us. Antonio, the owner, is truly exceptional—always attentive, genuinely warm, and such a fun person to chat with. His English is excellent, making communication effortless. We stayed in a private double room with an en-suite bathroom, first on the upper floor, then on the lower level for our next two visits—both were comfortable and peaceful. The hostel is located within a quiet residential building complex, offering a safe and welcoming atmosphere. There’s a well-equipped shared kitchen, plus thoughtful extras like a local info desk and a book exchange corner. If you're looking to explore Bogotá while still enjoying a cozy, secure place to rest, this is exactly the kind of spot you need. We can’t recommend it highly enough. And one little highlight we almost forgot: breakfast delivered right to our room once—pure luxury! Antonio, we’ve yet to find another place that matches the charm and care you offer.
Conections Bogota
The hotel is affordable, but unfortunately falls short in several key areas. The balcony door had no lock and could be easily opened from the outside—this raised serious safety concerns. There was no hot water during our stay, and upon arrival, we found a few insects in the room, which affected our overall experience. While the staff were friendly and polite, these issues outweighed any positive aspects. I wouldn’t return, nor would I recommend this property to others. If you’re looking for a budget option, it’s important to know that basic comfort and security are compromised here.
