Manager Du went above and beyond by personally arranging rooms for our family on the same floor and next to each other, which made everything so much easier with kids in tow. Even before we asked, he had already prepared child-sized toiletries and slippers—such a thoughtful touch! It’s clear that attention to detail is taken seriously here. We were genuinely surprised and delighted by how well-cared-for we felt throughout our stay. This wasn’t just a hotel—it felt like a home away from home. I’m already planning my next visit.
