With my child preparing for the college entrance exam and a packed schedule during the New Year’s holiday, we decided to take a weekend getaway to Shenyang for some much-needed relaxation. Even though the occupancy seemed higher than previous visits, the service remained top-notch—no drop in quality at all. We were especially thrilled to meet Lynn, a familiar face who greeted us with warmth and care. She upgraded our room without hesitation, included a complimentary breakfast for our child, and even arranged a late check-out until 2 PM. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. This stay was truly memorable and worth every penny. Definitely planning to return.

We visited Shenyang for the National Day holiday and stayed at Haiyun Jinjiang International Hotel—perfectly located just a short walk from Shenyang Railway Station. This was our first time staying at a Jinjiang brand property, and honestly, we felt like we hit the jackpot! We booked a family room with one double bed and one single bed, which worked great for our group of three—plenty of space and everyone slept well. The bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality, though the decorative touches on the beds were a little too cute for our taste—laughed about it, but no complaints! Breakfast was an absolute highlight: abundant, fresh, and delicious. The fried dough sticks were made right in front of us—crispy outside, soft inside—and the soy milk was rich and satisfying. I had two cups every morning! Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. If you're planning a trip to Shenyang, don’t hesitate—this is a top pick!

We were planning to just drop off our luggage, but to our delight, the hotel not only allowed early check-in but also upgraded us to a better room type—such a pleasant surprise! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with complimentary snacks and fresh fruit at the front desk—so thoughtful. Later that evening, after shopping, I bought some rice wine and called to ask if there was a fridge available to store it. Instead of just saying no, the front desk sent over a little portable refrigerator courtesy of a kind staff member. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel personal and special. From the welcoming atmosphere to the attention to detail, this place truly exceeded expectations. The staff went above and beyond: they greeted us warmly, offered water upon return, reheated our food, and even turned on the restaurant lights and set out utensils so we could enjoy a relaxed meal. It’s these small but meaningful touches that make such a difference. Located just steps from public transit, it’s super convenient for exploring the city. A truly welcoming experience with excellent value—definitely coming back!
