What truly stood out was how they handled my unexpected extension due to the hurricane. A friendly front desk agent personally upgraded me to a room with a balcony—such a thoughtful touch that made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Even though I couldn’t leave on schedule, the care and attention from the team made all the difference. This place truly goes above and beyond, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

Staying at The Lafayette New Orleans by Kasa was an absolute delight. The property itself is spotless and well-maintained, with a prime location just steps away from CVS, supermarkets, and a variety of great restaurants. Walking to the French Quarter is effortless and takes less than ten minutes. What really stood out was how much value you get for the price—excellent service, clean rooms, and unbeatable convenience all rolled into one. If you're looking for a comfortable, central, and well-run stay in New Orleans, this place is absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended!
