The hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism here were absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were immaculate—spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. The location is perfect: quiet yet just a short walk from the heart of Venice, making it easy to explore the city without the noise and crowds. Everything about this stay was magical—from the warm welcome to the attention to detail. If you're looking for a serene, high-quality experience in Venice, this is definitely the place. I’ll be back!

My five-day beach getaway at Villa Gabriella B&B in Venice was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the timeless charm of this historic Venetian villa seemed to pause the rush of everyday life. Nestled among pine trees and lush gardens, it’s just a short stroll from the beach and the scenic Viale S. Maria Elisabetta—perfectly positioned between the Grand Hotel des Bains and the Cinema Exhibition Palace. The standout feature? The stunning terrace with its elegant lantern, offering views that truly feel one-of-a-kind: golden sunrises over the coastline, dramatic sunsets across the lagoon, and breathtaking night views of Venice under a full moon. I spent peaceful mornings sipping coffee and reading, lulled by the sound of waves—a perfect escape. Alessandra and Stefano are incredibly warm, discreet, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home, even adjusting check-in/out times with ease and providing bicycles for guests to explore the area. They also gave us a fun ride to and from the vaporetto station—on the way there, a quirky little 500 car; on the way out, a vintage cabriolet Ape car! Such a delightful touch. This place isn’t just a stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility, beauty, and genuine hospitality.

This hotel truly feels like a home away from home. Located just a short walk from the vaporetto station, getting around Venice is incredibly convenient. The staff are warm and attentive—always smiling, helpful, and genuinely care about guest comfort. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated with authentic Italian charm, and so peaceful. I especially loved the breakfast spread—fresh pastries, local cheeses, and excellent coffee. It’s rare to find such a welcoming atmosphere combined with great value. If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic stay in Venice without sacrificing comfort or location, this is the place. I’d definitely come back.

We stayed at Laguna724 during our visit to Venice and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Located just a short vaporetto ride from the Giardini park stop, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city without the noise and crowds of the main tourist areas. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt secure and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Check-in was seamless, and the platform reached out beforehand to confirm our arrival details, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, varied, and delicious. Special mention to the young staff member (I didn’t catch her name) who made what might be the best cappuccino I’ve had in all of Italy. Warm, rich, and perfectly balanced. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-located base with great hospitality and charm, Laguna724 is an absolute must-try. We’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Oceano Mare B&B felt like stepping into a quiet, authentic corner of Venice that still feels alive with local charm. Located just steps from the Arsenal, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring the city without the crowds. What truly stood out was the owner Nicola—warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making guests feel at home. He’s shaped the whole place with his own touch, creating a cozy, personal atmosphere that you don’t often find in bigger hotels. The neighborhood itself has a real community vibe—locals chatting in small shops, friendly faces everywhere, and a sense of everyday life that makes Venice feel less like a tourist trap and more like a living city. It’s rare to find such genuine warmth and neighborhood spirit so close to the heart of Venice. If you’re looking for something special, off-the-beaten-path, and full of character, this is the spot.

Staying at Murano Palace was an absolute delight. Located on the quiet island of Murano, it’s perfectly tucked away from the tourist crowds—serene and peaceful. The private balcony overlooks a charming canal, offering a tranquil morning view of gentle water flow. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the vaporetto stop, and Venice is only 5 minutes away by boat—so convenient for exploring. The restaurant across the quay is fantastic, serving some of the best local cuisine nearby. Plus, the Line 2 vaporetto stops right outside, making trips to Burano effortless. The ambiance is elegant yet welcoming, with attentive service and a lovely sense of authenticity. A true gem hidden in plain sight—highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful, well-connected stay in Venice.

This resort is a perfect getaway for families looking to unwind in a relaxed, beachfront setting. The heated pool is a standout feature—ideal for year-round swimming, even in cooler months. While it's a bit removed from the city center, that’s exactly what makes it so peaceful and ideal for long seaside walks. The staff are warm and welcoming, adding to the overall charm. The furnishings are a little dated, and a gentle reminder about room cleaning would help, but honestly, these are minor points when you’re enjoying such a serene atmosphere. With its fantastic location, excellent amenities, and genuine hospitality, this is truly a 5-star experience. I’d happily return in a heartbeat—highly recommend for anyone seeking a quiet, authentic escape near Venice.

The apartment’s location is fantastic—quiet yet perfectly positioned within easy reach of all major sights and water taxi stops. There are plenty of excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, making it ideal for breakfast. I highly recommend trying the croissants at Cafe Vero—they’re unforgettable and hard to miss in this area. The unit itself is spacious and modern, especially when compared to other small apartments or hotels in Venice. Having air conditioning is a real plus if you're visiting during summer months. We stayed in Canal View 2, one of three similar units on the second floor. Everything was great except for one issue: after a rainy day, water started dripping into the bedroom. It wasn’t a major flood, but it did require using towels and covers to manage the noise and prevent further mess. Fortunately, once the rain stopped, everything was fine. Before booking, it’s worth confirming that the roof issue has been addressed. Another downside was the number of rules only shared after booking. For example, disposing of trash requires taking it to a boat stop early in the morning—no easy task if you’re just here for a few days. Also, instructions for using the dishwasher felt overly complicated, especially if you’re not cooking regularly or staying more than a week. We didn’t throw out our waste because we were confused about the process (mostly paper and plastic), so we simply let them know. If you’re looking for a terrace, ask if that unit is available—it’s definitely a bonus for those who want extra outdoor space.

My daughter stayed here as a birthday gift, and she absolutely loved it! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and located in an amazing spot right near all the main attractions. Easy access to public transportation made exploring Venice a breeze. Everything you'd need was provided, and the overall comfort and convenience made it feel like a home away from home. A fantastic choice for travelers seeking both style and value—definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Casa del Mercante Veneziano, and we couldn’t be happier! Our host Savina was incredibly welcoming and offered us so many helpful tips to explore Venice like a local. She even assisted us with essential details to ensure we reached Treviso Airport on time—truly thoughtful and appreciated. The room itself was exceptional: spacious, quiet, and beautifully warm—perfect after a long day wandering the city, especially in early March when it gets chilly. The bedding was comfortable, the amenities complete (kettle, mini-fridge, toaster), and there was ample storage for our belongings. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with fresh linens and a hairdryer. Plus, the location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, making every sightseeing trip effortless. We’re so grateful to Savina for her hospitality and attention to detail. This charming B&B offers a truly authentic Venetian experience and is a must-stay for anyone visiting Venice.

Staying at Meliá Venezia Lido was an absolute delight, especially during the Festival of the Redeemer when prices across Venice skyrocketed. This little gem on the Gran Viale remains surprisingly affordable—no price hikes, just great value. The rooms aren’t huge or fancy, but they’re clean, comfortable, and well-located right next to the vaporetto stop. That means you can hop on a boat and be in the heart of Venice in minutes—no long walks, no hassle. The staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. For travelers who prioritize convenience, comfort, and smart pricing over luxury, this hotel delivers exactly what it promises: a stress-free, satisfying stay with zero regrets.

Staying at Gli Angeli was an absolute delight. The apartment is perfectly located—close to all the major tourist spots in Venice yet tucked away in a quiet, charming neighborhood. We spent a week here with our two kids, and it felt like home from day one. The small garden is a lovely touch, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The air conditioning works flawlessly, which was a lifesaver during the warm summer days. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great local tips. Everything about this stay was top-notch—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend for families or travelers seeking both convenience and tranquility.
