The room itself was clean but dated, with outdated furnishings and a weak air conditioning system. If the owners truly care about guest satisfaction, they should prioritize staff training immediately. Unfortunately, the current level of service makes it hard to recommend. This isn't just a bad stay—it's a frustrating one, and I wouldn't hesitate to warn others against booking here.
