Staying at Luther King House was an absolute delight—serene, charming, and surprisingly central. The garden view is beautiful, with lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like stepping into a quiet English countryside retreat. Just a short 1-kilometer walk from the city center, it’s only a 5-minute taxi ride away—perfect for exploring Manchester without hassle. Breakfast was simple but outstanding: fresh baked bread straight from the oven, delicious ham and cheese slices, and to my surprise, canned peaches! The orange juice was freshly squeezed—tangy, sweet, and so refreshing. The room was much larger than expected, with a super comfortable bed that made for deep, restful sleep. A pleasant stroll along the road leads you right to Manchester’s famous Indian and Pakistani street food district—plenty of amazing eats and vibrant flavors. The area feels safe and welcoming, even in the evening. After passing Poundland, you’ll find yourself near the University of Manchester campus, making it ideal for students or anyone who values convenience. Everything—from shopping and dining to public transport—is within easy reach. This place offers incredible value and charm. I’d happily return in a heartbeat.

My stay at Ibis Budget Manchester Centre Pollard Street was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming—especially the ladies at the front desk who made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious, offering great value for money. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the Metro Link station and literally seconds away from a bus stop, making it super easy to explore the city. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and service. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family—and I’m already planning my return visit.

I really enjoyed staying at Modern House—great overall experience! The location is convenient, just a short walk to the city center and close to public transit. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore Manchester on foot. The only minor downside is that the property is right on a main road, so you can hear some traffic noise, but it’s not overwhelming and doesn’t affect sleep too much. The room was clean, stylish, and well-designed with modern touches. It’s a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and value in a central spot. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Manchester.

Absolutely outstanding! Tinapa Suites exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect—just a short metro ride from the city center, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable, especially the bed—I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a smart wet/dry separation design, which made everything so much more convenient. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. No hassle at all throughout my stay. For the quality, comfort, and service, this place deserves every single point on the rating scale. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Manchester.

Staying at Hotel 346 was a great experience, especially if you're visiting Manchester University. The location is super convenient—right next to the campus, with a McDonald's just outside the front door for a quick breakfast. There’s also a gas station nearby, making it easy to refuel if you’re driving in. The hotel offers free short-stay parking, which is a big plus, though the space is a bit limited. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The only downside is that the elevator was out of service during my stay, so carrying luggage up and down the stairs was a bit of a hassle. Still, it didn’t ruin the overall trip—great value, excellent location, and friendly staff make this a solid choice for students or travelers on a budget.

The hotel is a bit farther from the city center, but it's conveniently close to the Chinese Consulate General in Manchester—super helpful for travelers like me. I didn't find the location an issue at all; in fact, the quiet neighborhood made for a more relaxing stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I took the metro to the city center and got there directly without transfers—very convenient. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort and ease of access to key locations.

I was placed here by the council with my five-year-old son and while heavily pregnant—this experience has left me deeply traumatized. Paying £70 per night for a place that felt more like a homeless shelter than a hotel is outrageous. Neighbors were smoking, drinking, shouting, and swearing right outside my door, and the room itself was filthy—completely unsuitable for a child or anyone seeking basic decency. The lack of privacy, safety, and cleanliness made it unbearable. This isn’t a hotel; it’s a last-resort facility with no standards. I can’t recommend this to anyone, especially families in vulnerable situations.

The front desk staff went above and beyond with their hospitality—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. From check-in to checkout, their friendly demeanor made the entire experience exceptional. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around Manchester, with excellent public transport access nearby. I wish I could rate this team member 10 stars instead of just 10 points—it’s truly that impressive. A standout highlight of my stay!

Staying at Hyatt House Manchester was an absolutely fantastic experience. Located just steps away from the University of Manchester, it's perfect for both business and leisure travelers—especially if you're here to catch a Premier League match like we were. The room was spacious by UK standards, and when we booked two rooms, we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost—such a pleasant surprise! The staff went above and beyond, particularly one Asian manager at the front desk who helped arrange transportation with genuine care and attention. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout. It’s clear they value guest satisfaction. I’ve already planned my next trip back—this place truly stands out, and I’d recommend it without hesitation.

Absolutely do not book here—over £1,000 was charged to my credit card three months before the actual check-in date. Thankfully, I used a credit card and was able to dispute the charges, otherwise I’d have lost a lot of money. I ended up booking elsewhere at the last minute. Even worse, I tried reaching out to them for some understanding since we needed the room for Parklife, but got completely ignored—no reply, no apology, nothing. I can’t believe they thought they could get away with this kind of behavior. This is not just poor service—it’s outright fraud. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Staying at Ville Hotel for the second time was just as enjoyable as the first. This time I booked a ground-floor room with a window, and it was noticeably more comfortable than my previous stay—better lighting, more space, and a nice sense of openness. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering to store my luggage, which made checking in and out so much easier. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—just a short walk from the riverfront. Taking a peaceful stroll along the riverside in the evening is pure bliss, with a calm atmosphere and great views. It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day exploring Manchester. The overall experience was excellent, and I’d definitely come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located stay with genuine hospitality.

I strongly advise against staying here—this place is not a hotel as advertised. It's essentially a shared house, and we were given what amounted to a living room/bedroom combo. When we arrived, we were told there would be a reception desk to meet someone, but instead found a man smoking on the front step. We were let in, only to discover the bathroom floor was completely soaked with water—we had to call him back to deal with it. The amenities were shockingly minimal: two cups, some tea leaves, and a few sugar cubes. When I asked where the kettle was, he said all rooms were full and there was no spare kettle available! On Friday night, we were kept awake all evening because people kept coming in and out through the front door, which required a code. They were banging on the door until 4 a.m., and the walls offered zero soundproofing—so much so that the entire room shook with every slam. The so-called 'reception' staff was actually the homeowner who lived in the back room, and he was just sitting outside smoking, asleep and completely oblivious to the noise. The next day (Saturday), we had to get up again to open the door for more guests constantly knocking. Every single thing listed on the platform—including facilities, service, and privacy—was misleading or outright false. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
