She even shared a clever tip: if we couldn’t find a suitable place to eat downtown, there’s a nearby restaurant with a close relationship to the hotel, and the staff can open the park gate for a quick shortcut straight to it. That kind of foresight made our evening so much easier. We also took the hotel’s shuttle to the old town—only the two of us on board—and the driver kindly added an extra stop just to let us snap a photo at a scenic viewpoint before dropping us off at the base of the hill. It felt personal, thoughtful, and truly welcoming. The location is peaceful yet central, the rooms are cozy and clean, and the overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. The location is unbeatable: literally just a couple of steps from the Arena, perfectly positioned in the heart of the city with all major sights and local spots within easy reach. Enrico, the owner of this charming five-room property, was incredibly kind and attentive to every need—especially when a small issue arose on our last day, which he handled promptly and thoughtfully. Rooms are consistently clean and well-organized; our room (3G) had a spacious, comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—fresh pastries, jams, yogurt, and freshly squeezed juice, always served with a warm smile by Enrico himself. The value-for-money ratio is outstanding, especially given how central the hotel is. If I had to find a tiny flaw, maybe the mattress and pillows could be slightly more plush—but honestly, you can still sleep well on them! Overall, a delightful, authentic stay in a fantastic location. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort, charm, and great hospitality without the hassle.
