We stayed for four nights and were absolutely delighted with our experience. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed—whether it was recommendations or just a quick help with luggage. We arrived early and were able to check in at 9 a.m. since the room was ready, and we even left our belongings behind when checking out without any issues. The hotel is located near a busy street but surprisingly quiet—no noise disturbance at all. Plus, bus stops were just a 3-5 minute walk away, making getting around the city super convenient. Great location, excellent service, and fantastic value. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir.

A great stay for two days! The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the metro and close to local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable with everything we needed. The bed was cozy, and I slept really well. Even though it's not a huge property, the staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience feel personal. It’s perfect for a quick getaway or business trip. I arrived at the hotel after a day trip from outside the city, having booked a one-night stay. To my surprise, I was told my room had already been reassigned to another guest and wasn't available until 4 PM—well past check-in time. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. The lack of basic coordination made my stay feel disorganized and stressful. I expected better from a hotel in this location, especially for such a short visit. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match any expectations. Poor communication, unprofessional management, and no flexibility on room allocation. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable or comfortable stay.
