We arrived around 8 a.m. and opted not to pay for early check-in, but the staff were incredibly accommodating—they let us use the shower on the top floor while we waited. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel, which offered a great variety of options and was well worth the price. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent bedding that made for a restful night. I made good use of the compact but well-equipped fitness center during my stay. Small thoughtful touches like chocolates left each evening and a daily weather forecast added a nice personal touch. Special thanks to Yan for his exceptional service—professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, this is an outstanding choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality in São Paulo.

When I extended my stay, the rate jumped by about one-third, so plan ahead! One small suggestion: upgrading the towels would make the experience even better.
