Staying at Country Garden Phoenix Hotel Shenyang was an absolute delight! The room was incredibly spacious—so much more than I expected. Everything you could need was right there: excellent amenities, blackout curtains that actually worked, and a lightweight, super-comfortable duvet that made for a perfect night's sleep. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fresh fruit platter—such a nice touch. Even better, when checking out, we received a little souvenir gift, and they even offered hot mineral water! The front desk staff went above and beyond—they were warm, friendly, and even followed up with a call after checkout to ask how our stay was. It’s rare to find such genuine care. With the comfort, service, and value, this place is a total steal. I’d happily come back in a heartbeat.

I booked this place specifically for a music festival, and it couldn’t have been better! The hotel is literally steps away from the venue—just a quick walk to the bus stop right outside, and the metro station is only an 8-9 minute stroll. Just one stop on the train gets you there. The neighborhood feels lively and local, with plenty of small convenience stores, fresh fruit stands, and everyday shops—super convenient for grabbing snacks or essentials. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful; every message I sent got a prompt reply. She made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.
