He personally ensured it was stored properly, which showed real care and attention to detail. The breakfast buffet was impressive—fresh, diverse, and delicious. I also extended my check-out time, and receptionist Xiao Min handled everything smoothly with a warm smile and even handed me a little gift. Every touch felt personal and thoughtful. The late-night porridge with side dishes was such a comforting highlight after a long day on the go; it truly felt like coming home. Breakfast was a real treat—varied options each morning, no repeats in two days, and even my picky-eating foreign husband couldn’t stop praising it (he insisted I include this in the review!). One small suggestion: if the robot drop-off spot could be closer to the door, it would be even better. Right now, stepping out to collect food means the door sometimes auto-closes, which is slightly inconvenient.
