The hotel is perfectly located near Plaza Universidad, just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day. We arrived early and were charged an extra half-day fee, which we understand is standard for early check-in, but it would have been nice to have more flexibility. Parking is available but comes at an additional cost—something to keep in mind if you're driving. That said, the real highlight was the breakfast! It was incredibly diverse with a wide range of fresh, delicious options—from local favorites like warm tortillas and fruit platters to classic Western choices. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. If you’re looking for a reliable stay with a standout breakfast, this place definitely delivers. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort and quality meals.

Just be aware: starting Friday, prices double up due to high demand from romantic getaways. If you’re on a budget, aim for a weekday visit. Unfortunately, this experience severely impacted our stay, and we cannot recommend this place due to the lack of basic organization and customer service.
