Saikai Hotel
Staying at Saikai Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spacious and comfortably furnished, making it feel more like a home away from home. Located right in the heart of Guilin, it's incredibly convenient for visiting major attractions like Li River, Two Rivers and Four Lakes, and Elephant Trunk Hill—most places are just 4 or 5 bus stops away. The hotel is directly across from a large shopping mall, so dining and shopping are super easy. There’s a parking lot on-site, though it’s on the smaller side, but well-managed with staff directing traffic—no hassle at all. For under $15 USD per night, the value is outstanding. Clean, quiet, and perfectly located—this is a gem that delivers far beyond its price point. I’ll definitely be returning.

Our first day in Guilin was perfectly set by staying at Yijia Hotel near Liangjiang Sihu. The taxi driver from the airport recommended this place, and it truly lived up to the hype. The room was spotless, with all amenities well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged—cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, helping with luggage and even giving us local tips on where to find authentic street food. Just steps away from the hotel, we discovered a hidden gem—a small alleyway restaurant famous for its fish and beer stew. The flavor was bold and unforgettable. Everything about our stay felt genuine and welcoming. From the convenient location to the excellent service, this hotel offers incredible value. I’d definitely book again if I ever return to Guilin.

The gaming setup here is solid—smooth performance and great for long sessions. Located just steps from the metro, it's super convenient to get around town. Prices did go up during the May Festival holiday, but honestly, the quality of the rooms, the tech, and the location make it worth every penny.
