Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short 20-meter walk from Exit C of Line 2 after transferring from the airport via subway (a bit of a journey, but well worth it). From here, you can easily reach Kuanzhai Alley in under 10 minutes on foot. The hotel also features a robot delivery service for takeout, a fully equipped laundry machine, and a small fitness center—all perfect for travelers who value convenience. Plus, the lobby has cozy seating areas where you can unwind with a cup of tea. Overall, the experience felt warm, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable. Staying at Mercure Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley West was a great experience overall. The service stood out—my family is highly sensitive to smoke, so we specifically requested a non-smoking room on a higher floor, and the front desk staff handled it instantly with a smile. Truly appreciated! Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options—plenty to choose from and very satisfying. Location-wise, it's super convenient: a Hongqi supermarket and a fruit shop are just a 5-minute walk away, making daily essentials easy to grab. And don’t miss the fried rice noodles sold by the lady right in front of the supermarket—absolutely delicious (check the photo)! The only minor downside is that the room and bathroom are a bit small—moving around with two suitcases (one large, one medium) was a little tricky. I even forgot to take pictures! But despite that, the hotel delivers great value, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth staying again.
