You can book a private onsen bath every hour, but honestly, the shared baths are rarely crowded, so you can enjoy them anytime. The meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—are all generous and delicious, with no complaints at all. Don’t miss the chance to wear yukata and relax on traditional tatami mats—it’s such a unique cultural touch. One staff member is from Taiwan and provided excellent translation throughout our stay—so thoughtful and warm-hearted. The kids absolutely loved it! I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Kobe.

The surrounding scenery adds to the peaceful, serene atmosphere. While breakfast isn’t included, there are plenty of great local eateries nearby, so it’s easy to grab a delicious meal. Overall, this resort offers an unbeatable mix of comfort, convenience, and value—perfect for anyone exploring Kobe by car. Would definitely stay here again.

This wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the booking page, so we were confused when we arrived with luggage only to find we couldn’t enter the room. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process with patience and warmth. From the serene atmosphere to the thoughtful service, this place offers a genuine, peaceful retreat in Arima. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, authentic Japanese onsen getaway.
