But here’s where the platform truly shined: customer service responded within half an hour, coordinated with the hotel, and arranged a seamless upgrade to the original 27 sqm room. The new room faced south, offered panoramic views of the lively commercial street below, and had excellent soundproofing—no noise from the busy city outside.
