Even after I checked out, I had a package arrive late and couldn’t receive it. Instead of brushing me off, Mustapha shared his personal WhatsApp number so we could coordinate returning the item to the seller. That kind of dedication is rare, especially when you’re just passing through. I’ve stayed in many hotels across the world, but this level of genuine care hasn’t been seen in years. The attention to detail, warmth, and personal touch made all the difference. If you’re visiting Cape Town, this hotel deserves every bit of praise—it’s not just a place to stay, it’s an experience.

The hotel is located directly above a nightclub, and the loud music and constant laughter kept going until 6 a.m., making it nearly impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the DSTV service didn’t work, and despite reaching out to the property management team, I received zero support or assistance. There were also no curtains or blinds on the main bedroom door, so sunlight flooded into the room by 5 a.m., disrupting any chance of rest. Overall, the experience was poor, with multiple basic amenities failing and no effort from staff to resolve issues. Definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
