We stayed here with our kids and were really impressed—this hotel exceeded our expectations. Even though it’s not in central Tokyo, getting here from Tokyo Station is super easy via the JR Keiyō Line (just 3 stops). The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and spacious—our room easily fit three suitcases with room to spare. Everything was clean and well-maintained, just like the photos show. The bathroom and amenities were top-notch, and we appreciated the free bottled water provided in-room. One of the highlights? A complimentary public bath on-site—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Located right across from Shiomi Station’s east exit, the hotel is super convenient. Just steps away, there’s a FamilyMart for snacks and essentials, and walking left from the west exit leads you to a large supermarket stocked with fresh fruit, drinks, treats, and even ice cream—ideal for families. Whether heading to Kidzania, Toyosu, or Disneyland, the location makes travel hassle-free. We’ll definitely be back—this place is a hidden gem with excellent value.

The lobby is on the 36th floor, while the rooms are spread across floors 33 to 35, offering a peaceful atmosphere. I was initially assigned to the 34th floor, which had some noise from nearby elevators, but the staff immediately upgraded me to the 35th floor with no hassle. The view from the higher floor was absolutely worth it—breathtaking panoramic views of Tokyo Bay and the skyline. The service was discreet yet attentive, reflecting that classic Japanese hospitality. While the neighborhood isn’t bustling, it’s perfect if you value tranquility and want a quiet retreat after a long day. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and attention to detail. Highly recommended for travelers who appreciate understated elegance and top-tier service.

Right across from the hotel is a large supermarket—perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials without leaving the area. The highlight? The shared bathhouse on-site—relaxing in a warm soak after a long day was pure bliss. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-designed with thoughtful touches throughout. Great value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Tokyo.

I stayed at S-Peria-Inn Nihombashi Hakozaki for three nights, and overall it was a great experience. While there’s no free breakfast, the front desk provides complimentary toiletries—shampoo, body wash, and facial cleanser—plus a handy bath towel for scrubbing. The room had a small table with a chair, standard twin-sized bed, and most importantly, a bathtub in the bathroom that made soaking after a long day absolutely relaxing. One thing to note: there’s no microwave in the room, so we ended up buying food from a convenience store and reheating it there—something to keep in mind if you're planning to heat up meals. Upon check-in, we received free coins to use at the vending machines on the first floor, which is a nice little touch. Laundry facilities are available on the 3rd and 7th floors, each with one washer and dryer. Since there's only one machine per floor, timing matters—on our last night, both were occupied, so we had to wait until 11 PM before we could start. The entire cycle took about two hours, so plan ahead if you need to do laundry. The neighborhood has a small local shopping area, and while it’s not right next door to the subway station, it’s walkable. You can also rent bikes or electric scooters (commonly available throughout Tokyo), making getting around easy and fun. Overall, this place offers good value, comfort, and a convenient location—perfect for travelers who want a quiet, clean stay without the hassle of big hotel crowds.

Located just a 3-minute walk from two subway lines, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around Tokyo—whether you’re heading to Asakusa, Ginza, or Akihabara. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel feels peaceful and quiet, with a safe and comfortable atmosphere. The property is well-maintained, with the consistent Richmond brand style in both design and facilities. Breakfast is available for purchase at ¥900—decent but nothing special; it fills you up without standing out. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the stay. Staff were responsive and helpful—when I asked for an extra blanket, it arrived quickly. One minor note: the room I was assigned (via booking platform) was a rear-facing unit with a view of a small park, which added charm. However, due to structural load-bearing walls, this room was about 0.5 sqm smaller than standard rooms. Still, it didn’t affect comfort much, especially given the great location and value. All in all, this is a reliable, well-located option with strong service and convenience—perfect for travelers who want a no-fuss, efficient stay in central Tokyo.
