I stayed at JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes and had a really pleasant experience overall. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, but it still worked fine for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the Christmas decor throughout the property—so festive and beautifully done! From the elegant tree arrangements to the twinkling lights and seasonal touches, the atmosphere felt magical, especially during the holiday season. It made the entire stay feel special and unique. If you're visiting Orlando around Christmas time and want a cozy, festive vibe with great service, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

I understand hotels have their own policies, but clear communication upfront—especially about additional fees like deposits—would go a long way in improving guest trust and satisfaction. Hopefully, future bookings will include such details clearly so travelers aren’t caught off guard.

I stayed at HomeTowne Studios Orlando South a few times, and overall the experience wasn't great. The biggest issue was the lack of housekeeping—no cleaning was done during consecutive stays, and you could only get fresh towels from the front desk. While the bedding was clean, the floors were extremely dirty. I could barely walk barefoot without getting my socks stained with grime. Also, every check-in required a $100 deposit, which couldn’t be paid in cash—only by credit card. This made things inconvenient for travelers who prefer to carry less cash or don’t have access to cards. The location is decent, but cleanliness and service quality really need improvement. Not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The check-in process was quick and efficient. However, we noticed a few small cockroaches on the second day, which was a bit unsettling. Over the two-night stay, there were loud disturbances from neighboring rooms that made it difficult to sleep, and unfortunately, no staff was available at night for assistance—there was no one to call if we needed help. It felt unsafe having no on-site presence during evening hours. While the hotel’s location is convenient and the price offers good value, cleanliness and nighttime security need improvement. More proactive maintenance and round-the-clock staffing would greatly enhance the guest experience.
