Located just off the city center in a quiet side street, Gallery Townhouse & Home is incredibly walkable—perfect for exploring Porto without needing a car. While there are paid parking options nearby, you really don’t need one here; most attractions are within easy walking distance. The property spans two charming townhouses facing each other, with one housing a cozy bar offering great drinks and snacks. Despite the road between them, it remains peaceful and tranquil throughout the day. The staff stands out—warm, helpful, and always ready to offer thoughtful recommendations. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and even though our building didn’t have an elevator (a small trade-off), the overall comfort was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and could be easily upgraded with free add-ons, making it feel much more generous than expected. A hidden gem is the small rear garden, tucked away from the street, where guests can relax in complete serenity—complete with a coffee machine for a morning brew. Porto’s hilly streets mean some uphill walks, so be prepared for a bit of fitness—but that’s part of the charm! There’s ongoing metro expansion nearby, which brings noise and dust, but the hotel stays completely unaffected. We were thoroughly impressed by the fair pricing, top-notch service, and the genuine sense of home. Highly recommended for travelers who value location, comfort, and authenticity.

The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We truly loved the location, which made exploring Porto so convenient. But what really made our trip unforgettable was meeting Jorge, the owner of the hotel. He’s not just a host—he’s genuinely kind, thoughtful, and full of local charm. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. From personalized recommendations to heartfelt conversations, every moment with him stood out. Thank you, Jorge, for making our stay so special. Sofi and Tsvika, we’re so grateful for your kindness and the incredible experience you created. We’ll definitely be back!

Walking through the front door feels like stepping into another world. The guesthouse is beautifully renovated, with a unique charm that instantly makes you feel at home. My room, facing the garden, was incredibly quiet—so peaceful that I could sleep soundly even with the balcony door open. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the location is fantastic for transport: two direct bus lines from the airport stop right outside, making travel super convenient. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. It was truly a perfect stay, and I’d absolutely return without hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic service! I highly recommend this place. I arrived quite late, and despite not confirming my reservation through the owner's app, they trusted me without hesitation. The host was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming—exactly the kind of experience you want when traveling. It’s clear they value guest trust and comfort. No worries at all—you can stay here with full confidence. A truly memorable and heartwarming stay in Porto!

I absolutely loved my stay at Selina Porto! The entire experience was outstanding—from the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and super comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the city. Staying at Koolhouse Porto was an absolute highlight of my trip to Porto! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and even though the windows didn’t have curtains, the wooden doors allowed just enough natural light to stream in during the morning—perfect for waking up to sunlight without any glare. The room was spotless, spacious, and completely quiet, making it ideal for a restful night’s sleep. I loved the charming garden area and appreciated having private parking—very convenient and secure. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: right next to a pizzeria, several restaurants, and even a Lidl, so grabbing a bite or essentials was effortless. Everything was within walking distance, and the overall vibe felt warm and welcoming. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, well-located stay with a great mix of comfort and convenience in Porto, this is definitely a top choice. I’d happily come back!

The apartment was spacious and impeccably clean, with a prime location that made exploring Porto incredibly convenient. Nearly everything you'd need was provided—kitchen essentials, linens, toiletries—so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The bathroom was a bit compact, but perfectly functional and well-maintained. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic spot for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and a home-like atmosphere. We’d definitely stay here again.

A heartfelt thank you to Giulia and Francisca for their warm hospitality and incredible support throughout my stay. They were genuinely friendly, attentive, and incredibly flexible with my requests—truly going the extra mile. The only minor note is that the front desk isn’t always staffed in real time, but they provided a reliable alternative contact number, so I never felt left hanging. This little touch made all the difference. The location is great, the vibe is cozy and authentic, and the overall experience was outstanding. If I ever return to Porto, this will be my first choice. Highly recommend for travelers who value personal service and a home-away-from-home feel.

Staying at Carolina's House was an absolute delight! The hostel is perfectly located just a short walk from the city center, making it super easy to explore Porto’s charming streets and vibrant neighborhoods. The dorm rooms are clean, well-kept, and comfortable—beds are cozy, and there’s enough privacy for a good night’s sleep. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, offering great tips on local spots and even helping with travel plans. What really stood out was the friendly, welcoming vibe—it felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hostel. Great value for money, ideal for solo travelers or small groups looking for a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely loved staying at Porto Wine Hostel—clean, well-located, and full of character. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile, which made a big difference. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in Porto again. Just a quick note: there’s no elevator, so it might not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges. Also, they don’t provide locks or towels, but that wasn’t an issue for me—I brought my own. What really stood out was the affordable wine selection—great for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The common area was lively and welcoming, perfect for meeting other travelers, and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals. It’s a fantastic spot for solo travelers looking to connect with others while enjoying a relaxed, authentic vibe.
