Our stay at Taj Lands End was absolutely perfect—especially after a long and hectic 12 days in Bandra. When our flight got delayed due to Typhoon Ragaga, we were actually relieved to have this peaceful sanctuary waiting for us. The moment we stepped into the property, we felt the stress melt away. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and spotless—the kind of place that makes you feel like royalty. The staff went above and beyond with warm, personalized service. We indulged in two incredible spa treatments, each one leaving us completely refreshed. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From the moment we arrived until check-out, every detail was thoughtfully executed. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was a true retreat. We’re already planning our return visit.

This was my third stay at Executive Enclave, a charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Bandra, Mumbai, and once again, the experience exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from some of the city’s best restaurants, trendy pubs, and local hotspots. I loved how walkable everything is, or you can hop on an auto-rickshaw for as little as 23 rupees to reach any cool spot in the area. The room itself was immaculate, with a cozy bed, plush pillows, thoughtful lighting, and floor-to-ceiling windows facing Ambedkar Road—perfect for soaking in morning light. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service, always ready to help without being intrusive. Breakfast was a highlight: a diverse buffet featuring authentic Indian delicacies, a fresh egg and omelette station, seasonal fruits, and unlimited Americanos, espressos, and chai. The rooftop lounge and restaurant, Veranda, is a real gem—locals frequent it regularly, and on weekend evenings, they even host live local bands, giving the place a vibrant, community vibe. I consistently choose Executive Enclave over chain hotels because of its unique character, personalized touches, and that rare sense of authenticity. It’s not just a place to sleep—it’s a memorable part of your trip.

Staff members offered no help, showed zero professionalism, and seemed annoyed just by being asked a question. It’s shocking that such a place even operates under the radar. If you value your safety, comfort, or peace of mind, stay far away. This wasn’t just a bad stay—it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with accommodation anywhere. Don’t waste your time or money on this property.
