We booked our room over a month in advance, but despite multiple attempts to contact the owner for confirmation, we received no response. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was extremely unfriendly. They took our passports, photographed them, and then took pictures of us without asking for consent—this made us feel very uncomfortable. The staff then called their boss, put me on the phone, and told me outright that they couldn’t provide us with a room and that there was nothing they could do to help. It was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. We were left stranded with no alternative accommodation arranged. This experience was far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
Hotel Parle International
I stayed at Hotel Parle International during my trip to Mumbai, and unfortunately, the experience didn't meet expectations despite a few positives. The location is convenient—close to War Memorial and the cricket stadium, making it easy to explore on foot or via local transport. The staff were helpful in arranging cabs, which was appreciated. The restaurant offered decent food and had a nice view, but the service was far from professional—waitstaff stared at guests while they ate, which felt awkward and disrespectful. Room cleanliness was poor: dust everywhere, and the bathroom lacked basic hygiene standards. There were no room amenities provided, and the charges felt excessive for what was delivered. While the view from the room itself was pleasant, it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall shortcomings. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay, I’d recommend exploring other options. This place simply doesn’t deliver value for money.
