I was a bit hesitant at first since most of the online reviews were from 2017–2018, but once I arrived, I completely changed my mind—this hotel exceeded all expectations. The ambiance is incredibly luxurious, and the overall quality is top-notch. The room was much bigger than the photos suggested, offering plenty of space and a really comfortable feel. From the moment we walked in, the bell staff and front desk team were welcoming and professional—every interaction was pleasant. The signature fragrance and premium toiletries added that extra touch of sophistication. Initially, I was disappointed to learn that none of the four-room options had views of Taipei 101 (which was part of our original shortlist), but after seeing the room in person, I didn’t care about the view at all—the condition, cleanliness, and comfort were just too good. During our 3-night stay, we only encountered one other Korean guest (in the elevator!), and the breakfast area and pool were mostly filled with European travelers, giving it a very international vibe. What stood out the most was how the hotel proactively sent us a confirmation email after booking to confirm our schedule—something many 5-star hotels don’t do. It made planning so much easier and gave me peace of mind. Overall, this trip was enjoyable and stress-free thanks to the excellent service. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei.

We booked during the week, but unexpectedly found the hotel fully booked that day, leaving only double rooms available. We even wanted to extend our stay by one more night, but unfortunately, the next day was also completely full—really disappointing! Still, the room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There are plenty of dining options right downstairs, and across the street, you’ll find a 7-Eleven and a Cosme store—super convenient for snacks or essentials. The location and service make it worth returning. My only advice? Book early—don’t wait until the last minute, especially if you’re planning a weekend or midweek trip!

The entire property is smoke-free, which contributes to a clean, peaceful atmosphere. I stayed in a south-facing room, and the natural light streaming in throughout the day was beautiful. The bed was firm, but surprisingly comfortable—I slept really well without any discomfort. The only minor note is that lighting in the elevator and hallway could be a bit brighter, but it’s a small detail in an otherwise outstanding stay. This hotel offers elegance, comfort, and excellent service at a great value. I’ll definitely be back.

I also discovered several hot pot restaurants in the area, and trying the milk-based hot pot was an absolute highlight—it was rich, creamy, and so satisfying. I ended my trip on a high note, enjoying every moment before leaving. The only minor downside was the foot massage service just outside the hotel—nothing special, but the exfoliation treatment was excellent and very professional. Overall, this stay was fantastic, with great comfort, convenience, and a real sense of authenticity. Definitely planning to come back.

We drove in, but the hotel’s location is fantastic—right next to both Xiaojie Station and Nanjing Fuxing Station on the MRT, making it super easy to get around Taipei. Just a short walk from the hotel brings you to major shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment spots, perfect for first-time visitors exploring the city. The room was spotless, modern, and spacious—especially the bathroom, which clearly had been recently renovated. The soundproofing is excellent; even in the middle of a busy urban area, we slept like babies through the night. We stayed in a triple room with three adults and two large suitcases plus two carry-ons—plenty of space, no crowding at all. Plus, the hotel offers dedicated parking, a huge plus for those arriving by car. With its unbeatable convenience, clean design, and family-friendly layout, this place delivers exceptional value. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taipei!
