Caesar Metro Taipei
Staying at Caesar Metro Taipei was a great experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient—just steps away from the metro station and within easy reach of major attractions in Taipei. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable atmosphere. We were traveling as a family and had to adjust our itinerary, so we booked two separate reservations for our two-night stay. Unfortunately, the system didn’t allow us to merge the bookings, which meant we had to check out at noon on the first day and wait until 3 PM to recheck in—definitely inconvenient, especially with luggage in tow. However, the front desk staff went above and beyond by upgrading our room at no extra cost, which made a big difference. The new room was larger and much more comfortable. While we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t speak to the quality of the buffet, the service attitude was consistently friendly and helpful. For families or travelers looking for a reliable, centrally located option with solid value, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The hotel is perfectly located just steps away from Taipei Main Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around—whether you're heading to Taoyuan MRT, shopping at Sogo Department Store, or catching a train. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all amenities provided except for toothbrushes (which I brought myself). Everything else—from toiletries to bedding—was fresh and high quality. Check-in was smooth, and they only asked for a NT$1,000 deposit, which can be paid in cash or by card. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and I appreciated that passport holders could check in without any hassle. I also opted to upgrade to breakfast for about NT$580—a great value! The breakfast spread was impressive: warm dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and coffee options. Overall, this hotel offers excellent comfort, convenience, and service. With such a prime location and top-tier hospitality, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei. A truly memorable stay.

Absolutely thrilled with this stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the MRT station, making it super convenient for getting around Taipei. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly bright, which made the whole space feel open and welcoming. The bed was huge and so comfortable—I slept like a baby. Even the amenities stood out: shampoo, body wash, and even the moisturizer had a subtle, pleasant scent. Breakfast wasn’t overly varied, but it covered all the essentials, and the fresh orange juice was amazing—so juicy and crisp! The lobby design is elegant and sophisticated, adding a luxurious vibe to the entire experience. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’ve already marked this hotel as my go-to for future trips to Taipei. Highly recommend!

The staff were incredibly courteous and always ready to help—when I asked them to freeze a freshly bought milk roll, they happily accommodated it. Though it wasn’t as frozen as I’d hoped upon retrieval, their willingness to assist was appreciated. Every morning, the housekeeping team greeted me with a smile, politely checking if I needed cleaning, water refills, or trash removal—always considerate without being intrusive. The room matched the photos perfectly: clean, well-organized, and just the right size for one person, or even two if you're traveling together. It’s comfortably spacious without feeling empty. Located in a convenient area with easy access to local eateries and public transit, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I’d definitely book again on my next trip to Taipei.

I stayed at The Tango Hotel Taipei Nanshi back in 2023 and found the hallway and room lighting quite dim, which made the experience uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned in December 2025—everything had been completely refreshed! I asked the housekeeping staff and learned the hotel had undergone a full renovation, especially improving lighting throughout the corridors and rooms. The difference was remarkable—the space now feels bright, clean, and welcoming. The room was spotless, with excellent attention to hygiene. Even though it’s a windowless room, there was no stuffiness or unpleasant odor, making it very comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was satisfying and well-prepared, though I noticed it didn’t include natto, unlike some other Tango properties. Still, overall, the upgrade in ambiance, cleanliness, and service makes this a standout choice. Great location, excellent value, and a truly enjoyable stay—I’d definitely come back.

City Suites Main Station
Staying at the City Suites Main Station was such a great upgrade from my previous branch visit—this location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of Taipei. I’d just returned from Italy, so my luggage was a bit of a mess. When I arrived for check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful—they let me go straight to my room to sort out my bags and patiently waited while I changed into something more suitable for Taipei’s weather. Last time I didn’t book the Fuhang Soy Milk breakfast, but this time I gave it a try. It was still tasty, though maybe not quite as magical as I remembered—perhaps nostalgia played a trick on me! After staying in Chinese hotels with robot room service, I assumed that just answering the phone would trigger breakfast delivery. Turns out, you actually need to say a few words—lesson learned! One small note: the bathtub was quite slippery, and I ended up taking a fall. Definitely hope they can add some anti-slip measures soon. Overall, though, an excellent stay with great convenience and warm hospitality.
