Upon check-in, my Business King Room was upgraded to a Deluxe King Room at no extra cost — what a lucky break! The room was spotless, with tasteful decor and a nice sense of quality. Being on the street-facing side, I could easily open the window for fresh air, which was great during the day. Right downstairs is a FamilyMart convenience store — ideal for grabbing water, snacks, or last-minute essentials. With multiple metro and bus stops nearby, getting around the city was super convenient. Staff were friendly and attentive, with daily housekeeping done thoroughly. The breakfast voucher allowed me to enjoy a meal at the on-site café, CoolWise. The place had a clean, modern vibe, excellent service, and delicious food — even if I paid a bit extra for items beyond the voucher value, it was totally worth it. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. Great location, top-notch cleanliness, and fantastic value. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.

The service quality is truly consistent with Hyatt’s world-class standards: warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Even with high demand at The Club Lounge, staff still offered gracious, low-bow service to members—such a nice touch. The welcome fruit and breakfast were both delicious and well-prepared. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. The Bund skyline is stunning day or night—definitely worth every moment spent by the window. I’ve already taken countless photos and can’t wait to come back. This hotel delivers on all fronts—perfect for travelers seeking luxury, comfort, and unforgettable scenery.
