The hotel’s location is perfect—just steps away from Shanghai Railway Station, making it easy to get around the city by metro or for travel plans. Clean, comfortable rooms with great value for money. Even better, the next morning I wasn’t feeling well and had a late evening flight back. The owner kindly allowed me to check out at 2 PM, giving me enough time to rest without rushing. It’s rare to find such flexibility and genuine care from staff. If I ever come back to Shanghai, this will be my first choice again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

The service quality is truly consistent with Hyatt’s world-class standards: warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Even with high demand at The Club Lounge, staff still offered gracious, low-bow service to members—such a nice touch. The welcome fruit and breakfast were both delicious and well-prepared. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. The Bund skyline is stunning day or night—definitely worth every moment spent by the window. I’ve already taken countless photos and can’t wait to come back. This hotel delivers on all fronts—perfect for travelers seeking luxury, comfort, and unforgettable scenery.
