Although my original room type wasn’t available upon check-in, the hotel kindly upgraded me to two standard rooms at no extra cost—such a thoughtful gesture! Located just steps from the BART station, getting around San Francisco was super convenient. Great value for the price, excellent service, and a really welcoming atmosphere. The only minor note is that the bathroom design felt a bit unusual: the floor has a slight slope, and the sink has an odd shape, but it didn’t affect functionality. Overall, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the convenience of being centrally located makes this a top choice for any traveler visiting San Francisco.
