We booked a family room, but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a scenic view room—definitely worth it! The space was significantly larger and spotlessly clean, with natural light flooding in during the day. The best part? The view: Guangzhou Tower (the 'Small Waist') and Chigang Pagoda are just outside the window. At night, the city lights come alive, creating an unforgettable skyline panorama without needing to step outside. Location is excellent—Line 3 metro runs straight to the airport, and it's only a short walk to Kequn Metro Station, where the Lijing Plaza offers a fantastic variety of local eats. We tried Tao Tao Ju for Cantonese cuisine, and it was absolutely delicious—authentic flavors and great service. From start to finish, our stay was seamless and memorable. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and charm. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Guangzhou.

To be honest, I slept better here than in some so-called five-star hotels I’ve stayed at before. Located just steps from Modiesha Metro Station, it’s super convenient to get to Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Guangzhou again.

Airport transfers take around 40 to 60 minutes depending on traffic, which is average. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you’re mainly here for shopping or want a quiet base near the mall. It’s not perfect for tourists wanting to be in the heart of the action, but for what it offers, it delivers solid value.
