We were thoroughly impressed with our stay! The rooms are spacious and perfect for four guests, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to Tierpark Hagenbeck U-Bahn station, making travel around Hamburg super convenient. Plus, free outdoor parking on-site means no need to pay for underground garage spots—huge plus for drivers. One hiccup: during check-in, we discovered that only one of our two booked rooms was available. It turned out there was a system glitch between the booking platform and the hotel’s reservation system. We were understandably concerned, but the hotel went above and beyond by securing us another room even though the property was fully booked.
