Staying at Hotel New Otani Osaka was a real highlight of my trip to Osaka. One small note: the TV isn’t directly facing the bed but is positioned toward the sofa area—this actually works well for relaxing with a movie or catching up on shows. Cleanliness is top-notch—the entire room felt spotless, down to the smallest corner—and housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, with staff offering great assistance. Plus, they even brought all our luggage straight to the room, which was a huge plus after a long journey. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the service is genuinely warm and professional. If I’m ever back in Osaka, this will be my first choice again.

Coming out of Kyobashi Station on the JR line, just take the escalator up and walk across the overpass—look for the 7-Eleven, then exit from that entrance. The hotel is right above it, with the front desk located on the third floor. It’s incredibly convenient, especially if you’re just passing through or transferring trains. The room isn’t large, but it’s well-proportioned and efficiently laid out—everything feels organized and clean. The windows offer excellent sound insulation; even if people are talking in the hallway, you won’t hear much at all. That’s a big plus for a good night’s sleep. Toiletries are available for self-service near the elevator on the 3rd floor—simple and practical. The hotel features an onsen, which we unfortunately didn’t get to try due to time constraints, but they do provide a bathrobe in-room, so you can still enjoy a relaxing soak if you’d like. Overall, this is a great value option for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and easy access—highly recommend for a quick stay in Osaka.

The property is quietly located in the Kōbashi area, yet it’s just a short walk from the train station, making it ideal for exploring Osaka. To our surprise, the room was much larger and cleaner than the photos on the website suggested—definitely exceeded expectations. Hot water came out strong and stayed warm throughout, which made showers so relaxing. We stayed for three nights and four days, and every moment felt comfortable and stress-free. Oh, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming—so helpful and friendly, it really added to the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this gem!
